Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Cyclohm does all it can to hang on, and uses Endure to brace itself just in the nick of time, as Pyroak proceeds to further demolish the arena with Earthquake. Still, there's not much that Cyclohm can do. Pyroak blocks its attempt at weakening it by hiding behind a Substitute, causing Cyclohm's Thunder Wave to fail. Pyroak then spews out a Toxic gas that causes Cyclohm to become badly poisoned, while its Substitute tanks a Power Gem from Cyclohm. The poison starts to kick in right afterword, and Cyclohm faints!
Once the dragon drops, the sun goes back into hiding and rain begins to fall on the field again. Pwnemon has quite the advantage at this point. Can he seize victory?

Pwnemon, confident with his trusty Pyroak, chooses to stay in. LouisCyphre goes to the only Pokemon he really can at this point: Volcarona. This is basically his final Pokemon; Togekiss will faint upon entering due to Stealth Rock. Speaking of which, Volcarona gets mauled by the rocks when sent out to further distance the odds.
IF Volcarona uses Fly without suspense then use Roar the first time and Counter all other times
IF Volcarona uses Double Team and you are slower than it then use Rock Slide that action
Volcarona gets right to work, spewing out a small Ember. Despite being weakened by the rain, the attack burnt up what was left of Pyroak's Substitute. Pyroak also attacks, using Stone Edge to hit Volcarona. The Charti Berry that Volcarona is holding helped lessen the blow quite a bit, but there is still a significant HP gap between the two Pokemon.
In the rain Volcarona definitely has an advantage, and it shows this by subjecting the arena to yet another Hurricane. Pyroak is very damaged by the attack, but retaliates with a powerful Flare Blitz. The Pokemon continue to exchange attacks, with Volcarona using another Hurricane and Pyroak using Stone Edge again.
The rain clears up, and the sun starts shining brightly once more. Pyroak now has a speed advantage. Will this match be over soon?

Resigned to temporary defeat, Volcarona literally fires off once last Fire Blast. It does solid damage to Pyroak, but, now snapped out of confusion, Pyroak comes back strong with a mega powerful Flare Blitz+Flare Blitz. The strong attack makes Volcarona faint, essentially ending this match in the leader's victory.
Not wasting unnecessary time, Lou sends out his Togekiss who is instantly knocked out by Stealth Rock. This match may have ended in loss for Lou, but I think we can rest assured he'll be back to bring another good match soon enough. As someone who's lost their fair share of gym matches, I can pretty confidently say that a loss the first time around doesn't mean the challenger will never be victorious. The next match should be even better than this one.
