Cranidos is now at +2 Attack. Togepi's Special Attack stat decays to +1 because a +2 boost only locks if used on the last action.

If Togepi uses a sleep or paralysis causing move, use Protect and push back, but not consecutively.
 
No it doesn't. It only locks if a move that does nothing but affect the target stat by 1 stage is used. So PuP doesn't lock stages.
 
According to the Players' Handbook, "Using a move that raises or lowers a single stat by 1 stage (Growl, Flame Charge, etc.) prevents the affected stat from decaying that round." Therefore, Power-Up Punch locks in the stat boost.
 
It doesn't say anything about that in the NDA, like it does everywhere else...
I'll fix it, and leave a note in the NDA.
