[SET COMMENTS]
Haxorus is a top-shelf offensive presence in UU thanks to its monstrous Attack, great Speed, and solid coverage. Furthermore, its ability Mold Breaker nullifies defensive abilities like Levitate, allowing Haxorus to bypass would-be checks such as Galarian Weezing and Bronzong. With Dragon Dance Haxorus becomes a threatening sweeper, capable of outspeeding the entire unboosted metagame and powering through the majority of the tier. Earthquake provides necessary coverage alongside Outrage, smacking Galarian Weezing and Bronzong through Mold Breaker while hitting Doublade super effectively. Close Combat allows Haxorus to power through Pokemon like Umbreon and Gigalith without locking itself into Outrage. It also reliably damages Shuca Berry Cobalion. Dragon Claw is a decent option in the fourth slot for its ability to beat Noivern without locking into Outrage. Poison Jab is an option that reliably KOes Gardevoir and damages other Fairy-types like Whimsicott and Slurpuff, though neither are too common. Lum Berry provides Haxorus a one-time status immunity, easing setup against Pokemon like Milotic and Jellicent. Life Orb puts significant power behind Haxorus's attacks, though the decreased longevity leaves it more open to strong priority attacks. Dragon Fang is a solid option on dual STAB sets, allowing Haxorus to avoid Life Orb recoil while still powering up its moves.
This set's best fit is on offensively-oriented teams thanks to Haxorus's potency as a late-game cleaner. Strong wallbreakers like Chandelure, Gardevoir, and Sirfetch'd can help weaken opposing defensive cores for Haxorus to more easily break past. Steel-type checks such as Ninetales, Centiskorch, and Araquanid can pressure Escavalier, which doesn't take super effective damage from any of Haxorus's moves, while easing its matchup against the likes of Doublade and Cobalion. Haxorus also greatly appreciates entry hazard support from setters like Mamoswine and Cobalion, allowing it to more easily break bulky foes such as Milotic and Rhyperior. Golisopod is a particularly useful teammate, checking a huge threat to Haxorus in Mamoswine while providing Spikes. Roserade is another solid option for a partner, also providing Spikes support while weakening Gigalith, Doublade, and Galarian Weezing. If running Sleep Powder, it can also potentially provide Haxorus a setup opportunity.

move 1: Outrage

move 3: First Impression
move 4: Close Combat / Dragon Claw
item: Choice Band
ability: Mold Breaker
nature: Jolly

[SET COMMENTS]
This set utilizes Haxorus's massive Attack and Outrage's high Base Power to function as a fast, powerful physical wallbreaker. With Mold Breaker, Earthquake smashes Galarian Weezing and Bronzong while also hitting Doublade, Toxtricity, and Chandelure super effectively. First Impression offers a strong priority attack that allows Haxorus to revenge kill several faster Pokemon, including Venusaur in sun, Celebi, opposing Dragon Dance Haxorus, and Espeon. Close Combat is Haxorus's most reliable source of damage against various presences, including Incineroar, Umbreon, Cobalion, and Gigalith. Dragon Claw provides a safer STAB move in situations where locking into Outrage isn't desired. Poison Jab is also an option for cleanly OHKOing Gardevoir while nailing other Fairy-types like Aromatisse, Slurpuff, and Alcremie, but none are very common, making it a generally unnecessary alternative.
Choice Band Haxorus is a comfortable fit on offenses thanks to the many tools it provides, including wallbreaking prowess and strong priority. Cleaners like Lucario, Polteageist, and Chlorophyll Venusaur greatly appreciate the ability to weaken opposing teams Haxorus provides, as well as its revenge killing capabilities against opposing sweepers. Haxorus itself appreciates entry hazard support from Pokemon such as Roserade and Rhyperior in order to more efficiently muscle past its foes. Fire-types like Incineroar and Ninetales make good partners for this set thanks to their ability to handle various Pokemon that may take advantage of Haxorus locking into a move, such as Escavalier, Doublade, and Galarian Weezing. Pivots such as Incineroar and Heliolisk can safely bring Haxorus into play, allowing it to more reliably wallbreak. This particular set can make a nice fit on Sticky Web offenses with either Ribombee or Araquanid, allowing Haxorus to pose a greater threat to offensive builds.
