Help!! Im New to UU!

So I've been playing nothing but OU teams since i started getting competitive. Recently ive started trying out other tiers, out of them all uu caught my attention most. The tier has many pokemon that are more suitable to me and my playstyle for sure. My only problem is that im not experienced in the oras UU tier whatsoever and i cant find a good starting point for my team.. Any tips on how to begin an awesome balanced mega absol uu team would be much appreciated. Also what pokemon are more frequently used? What mons should i prepare for? Heres a quick brush over of my core so far..

-Mega Physical Sweeper
Absol @ Absolite
Adamant
Super Luck
252Atk/252Spe/4HP
-False Swipe
-Swords Dance
-Pursuit
-Bounce (for fighting types)

This set usually works better late game obviously. First use other checks to KO all fighting or fairies, then Swords Dance it up at the right time and its OV lmao
