I'm very happy to be on the forums. So here's what I need advice on:

My friend just gave me a Shiny Metagross. He's pretty good, stat-wise:

Metagross (Quiet/Mischievious)
HP: 168
Atk: 162
Def: 150
SpAtk: 138
SpDef: 112
Spd: 78
- Flash Cannon
- Psychic
- Magnet Rise
- Meteor Mash

IVs
HP: 30 :naughty:
Atk: 16
Def: 4
SpAtk: 31 :naughty:
SpDef: 15
Spd: 10


So, with his stats and IV's could you give me a good Idea on what moveset I should give him. My friend dosn't know the EV's, only that he can't have more than 50 on him already. So EV idea would be nice. Thanks!

If he already has some EV's on the gross, how do you know that your IV calcs are accurate?

He was caught at level 53 on route 228 as a Beldum, then evolved by 2 rare candies. Then his IV's were checked before he started training, he then started training him, got to 4971 Exp, found out I wanted one, and gave it too me, telling me his pre-EV IV's.
