How do I get 2 egg moves on same guy?

I want Dragon Dance and Ice Punch on Totodile.

I know I get DD on it throiugh Dragonair/nite.. and I know to get Ice Punch on it, I go through Abomasnow.

But how do I make it have *both* the moves?

Make it get 1 first and make sure its male then breed it with the other 1

So like this

Male dragonite+female totodile=Female totodile

Female totodile+Male abomosnow=Male totodile

Male totodile+ditto=Copies

Atleast im pretty sure

Won't the second female Totodile not pass on the Dragon Dance?
Since only males pass 'em on?

lemme check this out cause there may be a pokemon that can pass both

Apparently in Emerald, Dragonite can get Ice Punch from some dude and then could breed both moves at the same tahme.

I ain't got Emerald so yeah, I wanna see if it's still possible.

without emerald no and ice fang is a better option for a possible freeze and flinch

Ice Fang was what I planned on using originally.. guess it'll have to do..
