how do you EV a Cresselia?

I've seen EV spreads all over the place. I have no clue what to do with it. I plan to have a resttalking one on my team with Ice Beam and Charge Beam and countering garchomp and gyarados with it.. whats the most effective spread? I've looked everywhere and the analysis dosent even clarify at all on whats most effective or with damage calculations or anything like most of the others.

All I have right now is: 252 HP, 56 SAtk

That gives it 200 SAtk. Should I give it any special defense though is what Im wondering?

I've heard that because its HP is higher than its defenses (like blissey) that its more important to put it in the defenses first (like 252 in DEF with blissey, while affording some HP loss for SAtk)

anyone have good knowledge on what spread is best?

Generally Cresselia has three possible WAYS to spread its EVs.

1. A physical tank (focus on HP and Defense, some in SAtk, Bold)
2. A special tank (focus on HP and Special Defense, some in SAtk, Calm)
3. A special attacker (get up to 266 SAtk, focus on HP, rest in a defense, Modest)

Those are the ones I see, and I generally lean towards a special attacker. For a Restalker you'd probably opt for #1 or #2, depending on how you need to tank to help your team.
