hydreigon&haxourus still viable in ou???? (my first thread)

so as you may know. hydreigon and haxxourus are now are very uncommon to standard ou. but why? sure they are inferior to to the ou heavyweights garchomp,salamence and dragonite. but the real reason to this threadis so that u tell me ur experience using these 2 pokemon or even ur experience battling against them. was it pleasant? are there any counters to thes pokes?
also tell me if u think x and y will do something to improve these pokmons. (i hope the x and y dragon pokes will be EPICCCC)
