Garchomp should be OU aswell as Latios. They can't seperate the Lati's

also Slaking should be OU, just look at his stats. Raikou, Moltres, Entei, and all the other UU and NU legends should be BL. it just doesnt make sense for legends to be UU or below, their all very powerfull!
