Theres actually nothing to calc. Muddy Water cant KO Zubat even with a crit. Zubat EN faints, but cant crit due to Shell Armor, and Omanyte spends 6 energy

wait a minute.

A1, zubat uses giga drain. it does 18 damage and uses up 12 EN, leaving omanyte with 2 HP and zubat with 16 EN. then omanyte uses muddy water, but that doesn't really do anything. A2, zubat uses giga drain again, which does another 18 damage and uses up 16 EN, KOing them both. I believe I'm correct here, right?
