Hey I have done several things to get this working. I have everything installed and have rebooted a few times. I was originally getting an error message (The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation) but was able to resolve that. Now i'm getting a pretty random message when hitting Start Hotspot button (The handle is invalid) it says error at the top of the window and when I hit close then it gives me the error message (Virtual Router Plus could not be started.) afterwards. I've tried googling some but haven't found anything on how to fix it. Anyone know how to? Thanks!

Okay I found the problem. When it is blank, it's because WinPCap thinks it's installed, but it isnt. Here's how to install it.

1) Search for packet.dll on your computer

2) Delete it, requires admin power

3) If there is something using packet.dll, open Task Mangager, and Services tab, then stop the one that is using it

4) Run the WinPCap installer

5) ???

6) Profit!
