If I read correctly, they need to be in there by the time the tournament begins. I didn't see any specific date as to when your team must be registered.

Sky Drop is the cheapest move in the game. It makes you lose a turn, plus take damage.

Yes, there's a glitch. It's always been banned for multiplayer stuff.
