Is carbink going to be LC now?

Considering how there was all the hype around diancle carbink relationship and that was some co relation i was wondering whether carbink would be lc and how it would affect the metagame considering its 150 150 defenses

It's not confirmed to evolve into diancie, if anything it's likely to be a Manaphy phione relationship where carbink is the offspring of diancie but will not evolve into it, therefore similar to phione, it would not be LC.

If I am of course proved wrong which is entirely possible, it's logical to assume that carbink, like most pokemon who were previously stand alones then gained evolutions at a later date such as tangela, scyther and sneasel, will be banned from LC.

Hope I cleared the possibilities up!
