Kingler: Flail + Sheer Force ?

Hey guys,

me and my friends do like to battle with 1.Gen Pokemon on 6.Gen Games (Consoles).

Our choices are limited, so i decided to build a Kingler with Flail + Focus Sash. My question is does the Flail Effect work with Sheer Force or will it just deal 20 base damage?

71% - 100% 20
36% - 70% 40
21% - 35% 80
11% - 20% 100
5% - 10% 150
1HP - 4% 200


My Kingler would look like this:
Agility
Swords Dance / Superpower
Flail
Crabhammer

EV: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 Hp
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Hyper Cutter or Sheer Force ???

Flail does not have a % chance effect, therefore no, it will not be boosted by Sheer Force. Neither will Crabhammer. This is also the wrong place to ask, next time use Simple Question Simple Answer.
