After having his Colosshale about-face and exit the battlefield, kingmidas sends out his Embirch (creatively named Embirch), and now the match-up shifts from two Water-types to two Grass-types! After both trainers yell out their orders at their Pokemon, Embirch raises his arm, points it at Teddy's face, and lets out a massive Blast of Fire, scorching the little Lotad, but he still has more than enough energy to continue fighting! Teddy begins dancing around the battlefield, and it instantly begins Raining! Looks like this will really hurt the Fire-type's plans! The Embirch takes one look at the sky then shifts his focus right back to Teddy before breathing in and exhaling a barrage of Bullet Seeds from his mouth, slamming Teddy a meager two times, but still dealing a noticeable amount of damage! Teddy then retaliates with a Rain-boosted Bubblebeam, knocking Embirch back a fair bit, but it only seems to make him angry! Embirch then turns his rage into attack power with another Fire Blast which scores a direct hit, but due to the Rain, Teddy has an even lesser reaction, but if you look closely, you can see that the little Lotad is beginning to slow down! It doesn't look like it can take much more! However, Teddy doesn't let that show one bit and fires off another Bubblebeam, and it looks like Embirch is now in a similar situation to Colosshale! As the Pokemon turn to their trainers for actions, who knows what will happen next?!

Both Pokemon know this is the last round of combat for them, so they each prepare to go out as hard as they can: Embirch braces himself for any impact while Teddy teeters and totters around in a dance, making Embirch confused! In a daze, Embirch hits himself, dealing a tiny bit of damage, but that gives Teddy time to unleash a massive assault of Bubblebeams which Embirch only survives because he's holding on as hard as he can! However, the combo greatly exhausts Teddy, which gives Embirch a moment to aim his final attack, ready, and fire... ON HIMSELF! As it turns out, Embirch wasn't braced for that attack and all, and he faints! While Teddy certainly can't go on for much longer, cxinlee has drawn first blood!
