A sp def. sub toxic set is a very good set for kyurem and should be its own thing. Dtail can be slashed with ice beam or dpulse since it doesn't necessarily need to be a 'shuffler'

For the SubRoost set, I would use 56 HP / 236 SAtk / 216 Spd Timid since 101 subs are actually useful now that Blissey is in the tier. With Pressure, Kyurem can stall out Blissey. This would probably only be useful as a win condition since Blissey walls Kyurem, but I think it's worth the 16 EVs. Also, I'd put in something about Calm Mind Slowbro being able to set up on SubRoost Kyurem.
