Add some more meat in Usage Tips. Explain how with Healing Wish, Latias can be useful even when a Pursuit user such as Bisharp, Tyranitar, and Aegislash come in, making sure that the opponent can't just trap and kill Latias for free. Explain how Latias checks dangerous offensive Pokemon, such as Mega Charizard Y, Keldeo, BD Azumarill, Thundurus, Mega Manectric, and Landorus, and should be kept alive if dangerous late-game sweepers / cleaners such as BD Azumarill and NP Thundurus are on the opposing team and your team lacks good checks to them.

Early to mid-game wallbreakers and softeners go well with Healing Wish Latias, as do bulky sweepers that can do a lot of damage but usually can't set up more than once, such as SD Mega Scizor, Belly Drum Azumarill, and Dragon Dance Mega Charizard X. Mega Gyarados is also a great teammate, as Thunder Wave Thundurus is a common check to it, and Healing Wish gives to Mega Gyarados a second chance to sweep, which with Thundurus eliminated (KOed after paralyzing Gyarados) is very easy to do.

Alright implemented a majority of Spirit's changes (although I decided to move Roost to AC rather than OO). This should be ready for GP.

This doesn't count as a third QC check until you implement all of the changes, unless of course you have a good reason not to, but in this case, you demonstrated the complete opposite.

You also need to specify the other points in checks and counters. Again, don't ignore the points completely or I will withhold my approval. If you have a good reason to leave something out, then say so, but this is completely unacceptable.

I felt that putting roost in SD would be a much better idea, as Latias is a better check than Latios to threats such as LO Keldeo and Timid Mega Charizard Y (Never 2HKOed by Fire Blast and LO Icy Wind assuming Rocks is not up). That being said, I understand that Keldeo is rarely using Icy Wind on the switch and Charizard Y is almost never going to stay in on Latias, so Roost indeed belongs in OO.

That being said, I do not understand what points I didn't specify in the C&C section. I had already stated that Bisharp could pressure Latias from using Defog before you approved this and I mentioned that Aegislash is a counter, while Bisharp and Scizor are checks.

Due to the changed mechanics of Defog, Latias has now gained a new niche in the metagame as an offensive Defog user, facing competition from only Latios in this regard.

Unfortunately, Latias has several flaws preventing it from being a top-tier threat. Due to its only above-average (needs hyphen) power and coverage, Latias is fairly easy to wall and cannot break through common Pursuit trappers such as Bisharp, Aegislash, Tyranitar, and Scizor. Latias's typing, while blessing it with several key resistances, plagues it with weaknesses to the common Fairy-, Dark-, Ice-, Ghost-, and Bug-type moves. Perhaps Latias's greatest flaw is that it faces an enormous amount of competition with its male counterpart Latios, as Latios's greater offensive presence is generally preferred over Latias's greater bulk. Luckily, Latias's access to Healing Wish allows it to support sweepers such as Mega Pinsir much better than Latios can, giving Latias a niche over its male counterpart. Overall, Latias should only be used on teams that appreciate Healing Wish support. Otherwise, your you're much better off using Latios.

Fighting-types such as Keldeo and Lucario can defeat common Pursuit users that give Latias trouble as well as pressure Steel-types such as Scizor and Ferrothorn, making them solid partners.

Latias has many other viable options due to its excellent movepool. Roost can be used to allow Latias to more consistently check Pokemon such as Keldeo and Rotom-W, as well as replenish any health lost from Life Orb recoil. However, Latias looses loses her primary niche over Latios by using this move. Leftovers can be used to increase Latias's longevity, but it also makes Latias fairly weak and more prone to Pursuit users. A specially defensive set can be used, as Latias's excellent Special Defense allows it to check important threats such as Mega Charizard Y and Keldeo,(AC) and it has access to support moves such as Wish and Defog. However, a specially defensive set is more vulnerable to Pursuit users and threats such as Garchomp and Mega Charizard X, making it a mediocre option in most scenarios. A Dual Screens set can be used, as Latias's high Speed allows it to setup Light Screen and Reflect fairly quickly,(AC) and then Latias can give a safe switch-in to sweepers such as Dragonite with Healing Wish. However, Defog cripples this strategy and a Dual Screens set is generally outclassed by Deoxys-S. Calm Mind can be used to turn Latias into a devastating sweeper; however, Calm Mind Latias is generally less effective than it was in the past due to the introduction of Fairy-types.

Also, Latias should not attempt to use Defog if the opponent has a Pokemon with the ability Defiant.

If Latias is up against a Pursuit trapper or is at low health, it should generally use Healing Wish to heal weakened sweepers such as Mega Pinsir or Dragonite. Latias should also use Healing Wish late-game to heal a potentially weakened sweeper, allowing them to sweep with few, if any, (add a comma here to set off the parenthetical element) repercussions.

A specially defensive set can be used, as Latias's excellent Special Defense allows it to check important threats such as Mega Charizard Y and Keldeo, and it has access to support moves such as Wish and Defog. However, a specially defensive set is more vulnerable to Pursuit users and threats such as Garchomp and Mega Charizard X, making it a mediocre option in most scenarios. A Dual Screens set can be used, as Latias's high Speed allows it to set up Light Screen and Reflect fairly quickly and then give a safe switch-in to sweepers such as Dragonite with Healing Wish. However, Defog cripples this strategy and a Dual Screens set is generally outclassed by Deoxys-S. Calm Mind can be used to turn Latias into a devastating sweeper; however, Calm Mind Latias is generally less effective than it was in the past due to the introduction of Fairy-types.

Checks & Counters

**Steel-types**: Aegislash is an excellent counter to Latias, as it can threaten Latias with Shadow Ball and Pursuit trap it. Bisharp and Scizor are also very good checks for similar reasons, although they must watch out for the rare Hidden Power Fighting and Fire, respectively. In addition, Bisharp can deter Latias from using Defog due to Defiant giving it a +2 Attack boost. Mega Mawile resists Latias's STAB moves and can either revenge kill it with Sucker Punch or set up a free Swords Dance as Latias switches out. Klefki also resists Latias's STAB moves and can 2HKO it with Play Rough, allowing Klefki to set up Spikes later in the match. Heatran can either use Taunt on Latias, preventing it from using Defog and Healing Wish, or directly 2HKO it with a Choice Specs-boosted Flash Cannon.

**Fairy-types**: Mega Gardevoir, Sylveon, and Clefable are immune to Draco Meteor and take little damage from Psyshock. Mega Gardevoir and Sylveon can deal a significant amount of damage to Latias with Hyper Voice, whereas Clefable can either set up Calm Mind on Latias or deal a significant amount of damage to it with Moonblast.

also, the proper pronunciation is "Latias's" not "Latias'", as the later refers to more than one latias.

Are you sure? I know with the name Nicholas, Nicholas' is the correct singular possessive. Why not with Latias'? Is it because Latias can be plural or singular?
