Endeavour is really, really stupid. I'm pretty sure I remember saying this years ago and it resulting in "the full energy cost must be paid" but really what does that do to limit it? Phanpy is still more than able to take 40 HP away from Slowpoke in one swift blow. Phanpy might be facing down a STAB SE disadvantage but is still able to more than win the damage race, and with his own type advantage sitting on the bench Dogfish looks to be sitting rather pretty in this one.

Phanpy goes down, but not before doing considerble levels of work in this match. Dogfish looks to be cruising his way towards a 2=0 record in these preliminary rounds and all the rewards that will reap for him.
