Mime escapes by the skin of his teeth just in time for the wildcard to come in and see if it can finish off. I wonder exactly how many base stat points Nohface misses out on that nice Def and SpD Rare Cany boost by the way? Of course this is of no consequence as both Pokemon quickly lose their respective Rare Candies anyway. This seems to hurt Wailmer a lot more though as almost all of its offensive power is taken away. Nohface meanwhile manages some decent neutral damage, even if it does come at a bit of an energy cost thanks in no small part to Wailmer's Pressure. I wonder if that will make a difference? Then much like in the other match of this tournament I am reffing the player acting second makes a move I can't entirely predict. Partial trapping moves usually telegraph a switch but perhaps in this case it's just a nice little way to have some residual damage add up in a battle where each point of HP is crucial? Or perhaps Rainman has some tricks up his sleave with that Abra waiting in the wings. Either way the next round could prove to be the most crucial of the match.

I think you're missing the x1.5 SE mod on Knock Off vs Nohface?

Also, 71 EN on Nohface, not 100 :P

And please mark that lovely whirlpool.
