Leader's Choice OM of the Month

All of you should be familiar with the Other Metagame of the Month process in which the community nominates and votes for an OM to receive a ladder for one month. Unfortunately, less popular OMs that are actually good concepts never see the light. Which brings us to the Leader's Choice OM of the Month. Eevee General and I have come up with this, a second OM of the Month ladder, that will be decided solely by us. But it won't be limited to less popular OMs. We might select a current ladder to be featured as OM of the Month. Or even when we want to put a twist on a popular OM, such as AAA Ubers and STABmons+. The purpose behind this is to give more OMs a chance to succeed, and having a ladder is key to that success.

Note that the Leader's Choice OM will also be placed the OMotM blacklist for the cooldown period.

The Leader's Choice OM for this month is a favorite of former OM leaders Arcticblast and Hollywood. It won OMotM back in 2013 and has remained on PS! as a challenge option ever since. It's time for Averagemons!
