Slightly more seriously -- Mismagius is either Distant, or not, at the end of the round. If Keriel claims that the rules state that Mismagius should be Distant, that is a change that the ref needs to apply, and he should write somewhere "I am ordering assuming this is fixed". If city claims that Mismagius should not be Distant, she should wait to order until it's been properly settled! Post with your counterclaim, fine, then your Round/Battle Hours won't tick until the ref has responded, but don't post orders with it!

If anyone has commentary on what the explicit policy should be in a case like this, I'd love to hear it on discord or the Union Street or something.

0125 27th - city posts, my time starts counting
0532 27th - I post to say the round was reffed wrong, my time stops counting [4 round hours spent]
1622 27th - after round fixed, city posts again, my time starts counting
1222 28th - my round hours are spent, battle hours start counting
0000 29th - it is now the 29th UTC, time stops counting, tiebreakers are checked - I have spent 12 battle hours. 61 - 12 = 49 hours left, which is not 36 hours different. (Even if there were no delay for the ruling, I would lose an additional 11 hrs (5 to 16), leaving me with 38, which is still enough.)
