Intro
Ever since Sableye dropped to UU again, I had the feeling that using a double ghost Spikes-stacking team. I definitely wanted to use Sableye and Froslass as a Spikes core (and something else for Stealth Rocks), and the rest of the team kind of fell into place afterwards. I'm no good player so this team doesn't have crazy success, but I think it's pretty solid.
Also cool-colored teams are almost always scary to face.
The Team

In Depth

Froslass @ Focus Sash
Ability: Cursed Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spikes
- Taunt
- Destiny Bond
- Icy Wind
Froslass is a very good Spikes lead. It has good Speed, Taunt, and Destiny Bond, setting Spikes and spinblocking while causing annoying 50/50s with the opposing team. I lead with it like 90% of the time unless the other team has a fast Taunt user or a Sableye. The best thing is that it both sets hazards and prevents them from being removed, and it can even annoy switch-ins with Taunt, Icy Wind, and Destiny Bond. The moves are fairly self-explanatory, but Spikes rack up damage, Taunt keeps Defoggers from removing hazards and keeps the opponent from setting hazards of their own, Destiny Bond forces 50/50s and can potentially make a big hole in the opposing team. I like Icy Wind over Thunder Wave to not be total Taunt bait and to put a lot of damage on Dragon-types.

Sableye @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover
- Knock Off
This Sableye is standard as fuck but its okay because I love it. It takes on Fighting- and Psychic-types without much issue, uses priority Taunt and Will-O-Wisp to prevent Defog, stall out Pokemon with Will-O-Wisp, and cripple physical attackers with a burn. Knock Off deals damage and is nice against Pokemon that need their Leftovers. There really isn't much to say about Sableye because it does a few jobs really well and not much else, but it is critically essential.

Entei @ Choice Band
Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Sacred Fire
- Extreme Speed
- Stone Edge
- Flare Blitz
Ok so I have Spikes which deal damage upon switching in, so I wanted something that A) forces a ton of switches and B) nothing wants to switch into. Also, almost all bulky Water-types hate Spikes, so Entei's counters are crippled by virtue of the style of team. Also it burns everything that comes in and destroys Florges which makes life difficult for Sableye and Alakazam.

Alakazam @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Thunder Wave
Alakazam is really fun to play with because it revenge kills pretty much everything and is fast and strong enough to clean late game. The first three moves are rather self-explanatory for in general really good coverage. I opted for Focus Blast over Dazzling Gleam because it has Thunder Wave and other Pokemon on the team to beat Salamence and Entei for opposing Sableye. I really just love using it.

Seismitoad @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 200 HP / 252 Def / 56 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Scald
- Earthquake
- Toxic
Seismitoad is kind of a funky mon in UU, but it solved a bunch of problems with the team. What I needed was a Fire-type check (FUCK Entei), a Water-type check (FUCK Suicune [even though I think I get PP stalled but I have two Taunt users and Spikes]), and Stealth Rock. Seismitoad solves all these problems rather well in one teamslot. Also, its absolutely hilarious how many people think Seismitoad isn't immune to Water-type moves. It's also a good check to physical attackers like Aerodactyl.

Aerodactyl @ Aerodactylite
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Aerial Ace
- Aqua Tail
- Pursuit
Fuck you Aerodactyl is the best Pokemon in the metagame and should be on every single UU team ever. Period.***

This is actually where my teambuilding got really lazy and I actually just put Aerodactyl here because it's fast and strong and doesn't get destroyed by Entei's Extreme Speed. It also can Pursuit trap Alakazam and other fast Pokemon that are a bitch for offense to face.
