My opp VM'd me to schedule, he said he was available every afternoon (me too), and we have a similar GMT so we didn't make an appointment, just "see me on smogtours whenever you will b ready". Time passed and I didn't saw him, he came back on Wendnesday and make an appointment on Thursday, I was on, not him.
I stayed on smogtours all days and didn't seen him once so we didn't get it done, but I feel I did my best. Now it's late, there is Smogon Tour and I don't think I will be able to play.
