how is Lum berry dnite even a lure to klefki? i mean, your opponent is more inclined to send an intimidator like lando-t or gyarados again it, heck even unaware clefable too. I dont think mega diancie or azumarill are lures to klefki either.
Eq + hp fire latios is meh, given than Latios work in ou is an ofensive deffoger.
Instead Fire P Hoopa, sublum hp fire Serperior, FireB Hydreigon and FocusP weavile seems good lures (anyway hoopa have no counters at all so meh...), but in the end i must go with Hidden Power Fire+Lum Berry Serperior

In my eyes the best lures by far are the Weavile and Serperior sets, the others are either potentially standard or still allow Klefki to get a twave off unless you are very solid with your predicts.

I'm voting for Lum+HP Fire Serperior because I feel it has utility outside of bopping Klefki and doesn't require too much prediction to use, meaning it has a greater chance of working in practice.

Week 6 Offensive Mega Venusaur

Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 232 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 20 Spe
Modest Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power Fire
- Synthesis

Mega Venusaur is a very bulky Pokemon with great defensive stats and has decent Special Attack too. Thanks to its bulk and typing it can take on many Pokemon in the OU Tier such as Azumarill, Mega Altaria, and Keldeo. This is the standard Offensive Mega Venusaur set and EV Spread, letting it outspeed Azumarill and still being bulky.

Diancie @ Diancite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 32 Atk / 224 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Moonblast
- Diamond Storm
- Earth Power
- Psychic

lures and hits mega venu and amoonguss.

can we not have so much natural gift please, i understand that it's a great lure but honestly we might as well be typing /ds natural gift for everything at this point. micle berry scizor lures talon. really now.

Blah blah blah another natural gift lure. If you don't like it, don't vote for it.

Lansat Berry Breloom

Breloom @ Lansat Berry
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk/ 4 Def/ 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
-Mach Punch
-Bullet Seed
-Natural Gift
-Swords Dance

Breloom is normally countered by Mega Venusaur, but running SD + Natural Gift allows it to OHKO Venusaur at +2. The boost will make it easier for Breloom to plow through slower teams.

+2 252 Atk Lansat Berry Breloom Natural Gift (100 BP Flying) vs. 232 HP / 0 Def Mega Venusaur: 364-430 (101.3 - 119.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Thundurus @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Flying
- Thunder Wave

Mega Venusaur usually makes a good switch-in to Thundurus, resisting its main STAB and taking very little from its usual coverage moves in HP ice, focus blast, sludge wave and grass knot. HP flying, however -

+2 252 SpA Thundurus Hidden Power Flying vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Mega Venusaur: 326-386 (89.5 - 106%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO (guaranteed after stealth rock or vs offensive variants)

0 SpA Mega Venusaur Sludge Bomb vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Thundurus: 139-165 (46.4 - 55.1%) -- 11.7% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

HP flying is a legit option as it also helps with other threats such as Amoongus, Breloom, M-Gallade, M-Hera etc.

This cute rabbit hates mega venu, if you hate yourself, you put Belly Drum, Return, is easy xD I really like this set because it offers a lot of confidence after belly drum set, this set is also useful against other counter as Tentacruel

Azumarill @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
IVs: 30 HP
- Belly Drum
- Return
- Play Rough
- Aqua Jet

+6 252 Atk Huge Power Azumarill Return vs. 232 HP / 0 Def Mega Venusaur: 412-485 (114.7 - 135%) -- guaranteed OHKO "guaranteed switch in xD"

Thundurus @ Leftovers / Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Ice
- Thunder Wave

So yeah this basically functions similarly to HP Flying Thundurus, barring the fact that you got room for HP Ice as well. Not really a lot more to say I feel. Both Leftovers and Life Orb work, lefties let you switch into Sludge Bomb after rocks (barring poison) and not die the next time you attack, while Life Orb allows you to do a considerable amount more damage.

252 SpA Life Orb Thundurus Psychic vs. 232 HP / 4 SpD Mega Venusaur: 213-252 (59.3 - 70.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Thundurus Psychic vs. 232 HP / 4 SpD Mega Venusaur: 164-194 (45.6 - 54%) -- 46.9% chance to 2HKO

252+ SpA Mega Venusaur Sludge Bomb vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Thundurus: 186-220 (62.2 - 73.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Manaphy @ Wacan Berry/it doesn't matter with this EVs spread/Rindo Berry
Ability: Hydration
EVs spread: 96 HP / 252 SpA / 160 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Tail Glow
- Psychic

- Surf
- Ice Beam

This is the classic Tail Glow + 3 attacks set with SpA EVs and and enhancing nature (without a power boosting item such as Life Orb) and a different coverage move through which Manaphy can cleanly OHKO offensive and defensive Mega Venusaur at +3 and, from there, proceed to punch holes in the opponent's team without using your Mega slot. All you have to do is to set-up a Tail Glow and the click Psychic when Mega Venu enters: classic way to lure the supposed check and OHKO it.

Rindo Berry is used only towards SpD variants of Mega Venusaur to tank one Giga Drain better limiting the HP recover (thanks for the tip!).

The best thing about Manaphy is that Mega-Venusaur can even stay in after Tail Glow thinking you don't have Psychic.

+3 252+ SpA Manaphy Psychic vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Mega Venusaur: 384-452 (105.4 - 124.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Rindo would work better for this particular lure probably just in case it is a specially defensive variant

Illuminate (Altaria) @ Altarianite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Return
- Outrage
- Earthquake / Fire Blast

Three attacks Altaria is criminally underrated in terms of its available sets. Most Venusaur will switch into Altaria with no fear. Outrage 2HKOs after Rocks without a boost and does upwards of 70% at +1. Venusaur can't switch in too well after double Rocks damage and an Earthquake or Return (Altaria would boost up as it switches in for the second time). From there, Altaria is generally able to sweep the opposing team. At worse case scenario, Altaria puts a massive dent into Venusaur and leaves it vulnerable. Outrage isn't just for Venusaur either, it also targets Talonflame, Amoonguss, Charizard Y and X.
252+ Atk Mega Altaria Outrage vs. 232 HP / 0 Def Mega Venusaur: 160-190 (44.5 - 52.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

+1 252+ Atk Mega Altaria Outrage vs. 232 HP / 0 Def Mega Venusaur: 240-283 (66.8 - 78.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

If Jolly:
252 Atk Mega Altaria Outrage vs. 232 HP / 0 Def Mega Venusaur: 147-174 (40.9 - 48.4%) -- 67.6% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock

+1 252 Atk Mega Altaria Outrage vs. 232 HP / 0 Def Mega Venusaur: 219-258 (61 - 71.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Reserving AV Mirror Coat Serp
Accidentally made a new post instead of an edit but anyway

Serperior @ Assault Vest
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 16 HP / 240 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Dragon Pulse
- Hidden Power Fire
- Mirror Coat

Mega Venusaur is annoying because it switches in against both wallbreakers (band azu, keldeo, weavile, manec, terrak) and late game cleaners. (mscizor, bd azu, gatr, dd alt) AV Mirror Coat Serperior lures in Venusaur in early stages of the game, so not only late game cleaners profit from the removal of Venusaur, but also wallbreakers have a much easier time throughout the match.
With AV and a little bit of HP investment, Serperior always survives a Sludge Bomb even after Stealth Rocks, and retaliates with Mirror Coat. Other victims of AV Mirror Coat Serperior are AV Tornadus-T (though it often goes for u-turn) Heatran and Mega Alakazam.
The set of course isn't without its downsides. It can only be used early game, (which isn't too much of a issue most of the time because even if the opponent fodders something to revenge kill with venusaur you get the kill) you will have your serperior get weakened a lot in the process and you will not be able to run moves like Taunt and Glare.

252+ SpA Mega Venusaur Sludge Bomb vs. 16 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Serperior: 218-258 (73.8 - 87.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

sergey

Banned deucer.

Raikou @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Extrasensory

People usually dump shadow ball in raikou's last slot which I always feel is a waste as it doesn't grab any noticable KOs that thunderbolt/hp ice don't bar like celebi, and it 2hkos offensive venu which usually walls raikou without much effort

Diancie @ Diancite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 132 Atk / 124 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Moonblast
- Diamond Storm
- Earth Power
- Sharpen
Sharpen Mega Diancie is a cool way to beat bulky Pokemon that switches in on it. A +1 Diamond Storm deals around 60% to 70% against Mega Venusaur, which means once it switches into Rocks and take an attack, unless Mega Venusaur Synthesises immediately (giving you momentum), it will be in KO range of +1 Diamond Storm next time it comes in (by which time it will be too late as you reveal Sharpen as it comes in the 2nd time) . As mentioned, +1 Diamond Storm also allows it to beat standard Clefable, Chansey, Reuniclus, and Amoongus.

@ Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 30 HP / 0 Atk / 30 Def / 30 SpA / 30 SpD
- Hydro Pump
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Hidden Power [Flying]

It used to be common, but it is less nowadays. Still, Venusaur resists both stabbs from Keldeo, but HP Flying is 2HKO'ing it pretty easily :

252 SpA Choice Specs Keldeo Hidden Power Flying vs. 232 HP / 4 SpD
: 194-230 (54 - 64%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Choice Specs Keldeo Hidden Power Flying vs. 232 HP / 4 SpD
: 168-198 (46.7 - 55.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

So Venusaur can't really switch into it, SR are needed if Venusaur has already mega'd and is full life, otherwise it's a nice n clean guaranteed 2HKO everytime.
.Rawr! already took Specs HP Flying Keldeo.
