[SET COMMENTS]
Meowscarada is a powerful offensive pivot that utilizes its good Attack, high Speed, and great coverage to support teammates like Landorus-T. Triple Axel helps against Flying-types like Zapdos and Tornadus-T, and it can OHKO Gliscor, Landorus-T, and Garchomp. Toxic Spikes, when paired with Pokemon like Tapu Lele and Landorus-T that pressure Toxic Spikes absorbers such as Toxapex and Galarian Slowking, can be hard to deal with and put setup sweepers like Iron Boulder on a timer. Spikes can be used to chip down foes like Ferrothorn and Toxapex after they have had their Heavy-Duty Boots removed. U-turn pivots out Meowscarda from its checks like Toxapex and Ferrothorn and brings in wallbreakers like Urshifu-R and Zamazenta against them. Protective Pads protects Meowscarada from the abilities of Garchomp, Ferrothorn, and Zapdos and Rocky Helmet Pokemon like on Landorus-T, while Heavy-Duty Boots lets it avoid getting worn down by entry hazards. Tera Grass can help Meowscarada survive moves like Moonblast from Choice Scarf Tapu Lele and Aqua Jet from Urshifu-R, if Protean has changed its type. Entry hazard setters like Garganacl, Landorus-T, and Gliscor appreciate having Meowscarada as a teammate, as it can remove Heavy-Duty Boots from foes such as Toxapex and Zapdos, making their hazards more potent. Meowscarada's mediocre defenses and weaknesses to Fighting-, Fire-, and Flying-type attacks mean it appreciates defensive teammates like Clefable, Alomomola, and Ferrothorn that resist or are neutral to those attacks. Meowscarada can pair well with other pivots like Landrous-T and Iron Crown, forming a VoltTurn core to help it deal with its checks like Toxapex. Meowscarada also pairs well with wallbreakers like Urshifu-R and Zamazenta, which can help break through checks like Ferrothorn.

Let me know after you implement this. We will need to double check this before it's QC 1/1. Also, play the tier before you write anything about it, and at least check the usage rates and calcs. It is wasting everyone's time to have 5 people QC this. If you keep writing analysis of this quality, you will be rejected. The only reason this one wasn't rejected is that I wrote the QC draft already.

Meowscarada is a good offensive pivot that utilizes its good Attack, high Speed, and great coverage, to spread entry hazards (I will probably remove this hazard part cuz both moves are slashes and I think TA for glisc is important) and be able to bring in its teammates (mention some pivot teammates?). Triple Axel helps against Flying-types like Zapdos and Tornadus-T, and it can also OHKO Gliscor, offensive Landorus-T (kills max def lando and chomp even at -1), and offensive Garchomp. Toxic Spikes when paired with Spinblockers like Pecharunt and Skeledirge (Pecharunt isn't good and Skeledirge can't spinblock), and Pokemon like Tapu Lele and Landorus-T that pressure Toxic Spikes absorbers like Toxapex and Galarian Slowking like Tapu Lele and Landorus-T, can be hard to deal with and put setup sweepers like Iron Boulder on a timer. Spikes can be used to chip down foes like Ferrothorn and Toxapex after a Knock Off. U-turn hits opposing Grass-types like Rillaboom when not using Triple Axel, as well as pivoting pivots out Meowscarda from its checks like Ferrothorn and Toxapex Heatran, and brings wallbreakers like Urshifu-R and Zamazenta against them while maintaining momentum. Protective Pads helps protects Meowscarada against from Pokemon like Garchomp, Ferrothorn, and Zapdos and Rocky Helmet on Landorus-T and items like Garchomp and Rocky Helmet, while Heavy-Duty Boots helps it avoid getting worn down by entry hazards. Tera Grass bolster's Meowscarada's Flower Trick letting it 2HKO defensive Great Tusk and defensive Landorus-T after Stealth Rock chip damage Tera Grass can help Meowscarada survive moves like Moonblast from Choice Scarf Tapu Lele and Aqua Jet from Urshifu-R especially after using a coverage move. Entry hazard setters like Garganacl, Landorus-T, and Gliscor appreciate having Meowscarada as a teammate, as it can remove Heavy-Duty boots from foes such as Galarian Slowking Toxapex (gking isn't gonna switch into meow for most of the time), and Zapdos, and Tapu Koko, making the hazards more potent. In Return, they can spread hazards in conjuction with Meowscarada and help it gurantee a OHKO on defensive Landorus-T and Garchomp with Triple Axel. (you OHKO lando and chomp anyway with protean boost. if you don't you probably hit smth else on them already. I think it's also important to mention other wallbreakers that pair well with meow. If you want to mention hazard, give better examples.) Meowscarada's mediorce mediocre defenses and weaknesses to Fighting-, Fire-, and Flying-types, can make it appreciate having defensive teammates like Clefable, Alomomola, and Ferrothorn respectively. (add some VoltTurn teammates like lando or iron crown)

Meowscarada is a good powerful (Avoids repeating "good") offensive pivot that utilizes its good Attack, high Speed, and great coverage, [RC] to bring in support ("Bring in" would refer specifically to using U-turn, but you're speaking more generally here) its teammates like Landorus-T. Toxic Spikes [AC] , when paired with Pokemon like Tapu Lele and Landorus-T that pressure Toxic Spikes absorbers like such as (avoids repeating "like") Toxapex and Galarian Slowking, can be hard to deal with and put setup sweepers like Iron Boulder on a timer. Protective Pads protects Meowscarada from the abilities of Pokemon like Garchomp, Ferrothorn, and Zapdos and Rocky Helmet on Landorus-T, while Heavy-Duty Boots helps lets (HDB doesn't help block hazard damage, it straight-up does block hazard damage) it avoid getting worn down by entry hazards. Tera Grass can help Meowscarada survive moves like Moonblast from Choice Scarf Tapu Lele and Aqua Jet from Urshifu-R, [AC] especially after using a coverage move if Protean has changed its type (Being specific about why the coverage move matters helps out the reader). Meowscarada's mediocre defenses and weaknesses to Fighting-, Fire-, and Flying-types [RC] , can make Flying-type attacks mean it appreciate appreciates (Similarly to "HDB helps" vs "HDB lets", there's no need for "can") having ("Having" implies an object, teammates aren't objects) defensive teammates like Clefable, Alomomola, and Ferrothorn respectively that resist or are neutral to those attacks. (The use of "respectively" here implies the following noun-modifier pairing: Clef resists Fighting, Mola resists fire, and Ferro resists Flying, but Ferro doesn't resist flying.) Meowscarada can pair well with other pivots like Landrous-T and Iron Crown [AC] , forming a VoltTurn core [RC] , being able to pivot in (The reader knows VoltTurn cores pivot, so this doesn't add anything) to help it deal with its checks like Toxapex. Meowscarada also pairs well with Wallbreakers like Urshifu-R and Zamazenta, which can help break through checks like Ferrothorn.
