Please check my list for the lv1 5IV torchic. I'll throw in a 5IV charmander and 5IV gastly on top to help you get started.
 
If you breed a 5IV with a 4IV female Speed Boost, then you have a 1/12 to get a Male 5IV, Blaze or Speed Boost. 1/6 to choose Sp. Atk as the wild card, then 1/2 to choose the fifth IV from the male. From there you could easily expand your Torchic empire.

I have some 5IV (Sp. Atk=xx) Gale Wings Adamant Fletchlings (Male and Female). I'd be willing to trade you one for a female Speed Boost 4IV Torchic (If you have one female).

Hi sorry I went on vacation, back on now. I was wondering if I can score a Fire Punch Charmander if you have bank? I really want a Mega Charizard X in my team lol.

I made my Torchic empire because I want to grind the Battle Maison actually... lol
 
Unfortunately, my charmander is the special build =/
I can trade you marill for torchic. Will throw in a special build charmander and ghastly.
