Baton Pass
##########
name: Baton Pass
move 1: Baton Pass
move 2: Swords Dance / Bulk Up / Substitute
move 3: Drain Punch / High Jump Kick
move 4: Knock Off / Taunt / Substitute
ability: Regenerator
item: Eviolite
evs: 76 HP / 76 Atk / 116 Def / 196 SpD
nature: Impish / Relaxed

Moves
========
Baton Pass provides a means of passing boosts to another member of the team. Swords Dance is used to pass, while Bulk Up is preferred if you also want to pass a Defense boost. Substitute is great if it gets passed to help other Pokemon set up. Drain Punch and High Jump Kick are two STAB moves: the former is more accurate and provides some recovery, while the latter deals a bigger amount of damage. Knock Off provides good coverage with the Fighting move, allowing Mienfoo to hit Ghost- and Psychic-types. Taunt is a nice alternative to block status moves and phazing moves that are generally used after Mienfoo gets its boosts.

Set Details
========
Eviolite gives Mienfoo a nice boost to its defenses. An Impish or Relaxed nature is preferred to boost defense; Relaxed is generally better if you want to pass more slowly and make sure the Pokemon which will be switched in will get the boosts without getting damaged, though you still outspeed Porygon and Spritzee. If you think you don't need to pass slowly, Mienfoo can be used with a Jolly nature and a faster and a more offensive spread in order to beat Pawniard more reliably. Regenerator allows Mienfoo to provide boosts for the team during the whole match thanks to the recovery.

Usage Tips
========
Mienfoo is a bulky pivot that can pass boosts for the entire match, even against walls, thanks to Taunt and Substitute. It can set up against Porygon, Pawniard, and other Pokemon that normally switch out. Mienfoo can survive a Fletching's Acrobatics and Baton Pass safely to another Pokemon, and it can also sweep in the late game if it has Drain Punch + Knock Off. Baton Pass can be used in the same way as U-Turn.

Team Options
========
This set helps fast, frail, and powerful Pokemon such as Doduo, Aipom, Carvanha, Ponyta, Cranidos, and Bunnelby, as they can generally get the boost without taking damage. Set up Pokemon such as Fletchling, Zigzagoon, and Magby can be good receivers, especially if Mienfoo can pass a Substitute.

Moves

Baton Pass allows Mienfoo provides to pass stat boosts to another member of the team. Swords Dance, Bulk Up, and Substitute are all useful alongside Baton Pass. Swords Dance provides is used to get an Attack Boost Attack boosts, which is useful to pass. but Bulk Up is preferred if you also want need to pass also the Defense boosts. Baton Passing Substitute is great if it gets passed to help set up Pokemon set up safely. Drain Punch and High Jump Kick are two STAB moves:; the first is more precise accurate and provides some recovery, while the other one deals a bigger amount of more damage. Knock Off provides a good coverage (include things that it hits? or mention its utility in removing items) with the Fighting-type move. If Mienfoo doesn't Baton Pass its Substitute, it set doesn't include Substitute in order to pass it, this move can still be used to block status moves. Taunt is a nice alternative to block status moves and phazing moves that can be generally used after could stop Mienfoo from boosting gets its boosts.
(just one blank line)

Set Details
========
Eviolite gives to Mienfoo a nice boost to its Defense and Special Sp.Defense. An Impish or Relaxed nature is preferred to boost Defense. Relaxed Nature is generally better if you want to pass slower and make sure the Baton Pass recipient is switched in safely Pokemon which will be switched in, will get the boosts without getting damage. If you use a Relaxed nature, you Mienfoo still outspeeds Porygon and Spritzee. If you think you don't need to Baton Pass slower, Mienfoo can be used with a Jolly nature with, a faster and a more offensive spread in order to maintain its beating of Pawniard. Regenerator provides recovery, allowing allows Mienfoo to provide boosts for the team during the whole match thanks to the recovery.
(explain the EV spread?)

Usage Tips
========
It Mienfoo is a bulky pivot that can pass boosts for the entire match and also fares well against walls thanks to Taunt and Substitute (i hope i interpreted this correctly?). It can set up against on Porygon, Pawniard, (comma) and other Pokemon that normally switch out against it.
It can resist survive some super-effective (remove dash) moves such as Fletchling's Acrobatics, so it can take the damage and pass the boosts to keep the recipient safe in a safe way. Baton Pass can be used in the same way as U-turn (elaborate?). The slow spread is preferred because generally you want to Baton Pass as much slower as possible to keep the recipient safe (this sentence fits better in the Set Details, I think). Mienfoo can sweep in the late-game if it has Drain Punch and + Knock Off. If you are using a faster EV spread with High Jump Kick, the aim is to deal as much many damages as possible and use Baton Pass pass the boosts when you come across a counter such as Spritzee, Trubbish and Foongus switches in.

Team Options
========
This set helps fFast, frail, (comma) and powerful Pokemon such as Doduo, Aipom, Carvanha, Ponyta, Cranidos, and Bunnelby appreciate Mienfoo's ability to pass them stat boosts because they can generally get the boost without taking damage. Setup sweepers Pokemon such as Fletchling, Zigzagoon, and Magby can be good boosts receivers, (comma) especially if Mienfoo can pass them a Substitute.

after the write-up, there is a final QC check to make sure nothing was left out. I'll go ahead and do this:

Moves:
  • You don't need to mention Substitute twice. Just move the second mention to where the first mention is.
  • Knock Off allows you to hit Psychic-types and Ghost-types, but it's most useful for removing items. Be sure to include that.
Set Details:
  • The fast spread is an option to maintain Mienfoo's ability to check Pawniard. Include that here, and remove the mention of the faster spread in usage tips.
Usage Tips:
  • Mentions of EV spreads do not belong in usage tips. Usage Tips should include tips on how to use the Pokemon in battle. Remove the mentions of each EV spread here.
I'm gonna wait until you implement this before I give you the go-ahead.

Man, that misunderstandng sure could have been avoided if the title was just qc X/4. Yup!

...amcheck placeholder, i guess? Or was above not the go ahead yet? Lol

Change the mention of the slow spread in usage tips to this "Ideally, Mienfoo should pass boosts when it is slower than the opposing Pokemon and can live any hit from it." and move it just after the mention of Fletchling's Acrobatics. With that, move it on to GP

Get chekt

Hey, so i see your english isn't that good, and that's totally fine by me, but one small thing you could do that would help is not calitalize words that don't need to be capitalized, like Boost and Nature.

Comments:

Why use an Impish nature instead of a Relaxed one? You never say.

Discussion about which EV spread is best isn't in uaage tips

You mention the fast spread twice
