Tera Steel provides a better defensive type to handle Quaxly, Mareanie and Foongus while also giving Heavy Slam a STAB boost. Mudbray cannot outlast foes with a type-advantage in a one-on-one, so switch-ins to Water and Grass Types like Foongus and Mareanie are good partners.
