My First D/P Warstory

This is my very first time doing a warstory so i felt like posting one. So here is my team. It was me vs ~BlaziKing~

Chompy (Me)

~Blaziking~

Turn 1
~Blaziking~ Sends out Jumpluff
Chompy Sends out Gyarados
Gyarados intimidate activates
Gyarados used Dragon Dance
Jumpluff used sleep powder and missed

Phew! it was a close call now im in a really good position to sweep now.

Turn 2
Gyrados used ice fang and Jumpluff fainted
~Blaziking~ Brings out gengar

Now its a 6-5 battle. I took a risk to attack with gyarados just incase if he was faster or slower than gengar after a dragon dance but turned out it didnt.

Gengar used thunderbolt and gyarados fainted
Chompy brings out Swampert

Turn 3
Gengar used Shadow Ball
Swampert used Stealth Rock

Now hes in a tough position thanks to stealth rock and its a 5-5 battle now.

Turn 4
Gengar used shadow ball and swampert used avalanche (85%)

Well now i figure should i switch because gengar will do explosion or not. So i decide to switch to heatran and see what happens.

Turn 5
Chompy switched swampert and brings out heatran
Gengar used Explosion (30%) Gengar Fainted
~Blaziking~ Brings out aerodactyl
Stealth Rock did (15%) on aerodatyl

Now its a 5-4 lead on me. I figured he would send out aerodactyl to use earthquake so i switched to togekiss.

Turn 6
Chompy Switches heatran for togekiss
Aerodactyl used earthquake and it doesnt effect togekiss

Now i am in a really good position now. I can thunder wave someone on the switch since aerodactyl has choice band and cant damage togekiss. Or use switch to heal swampert.

Turn 7
~Blaziking~ Switches aerodactyl for tyranitar
Togekiss used thunderwave and tyrnitar is paralyzed
Tyranitar whipped up a sandstorm
Togekiss is hurt by sandstorm

Hmmm i was thinking that since i have garchomp he can really benefit his special trait sand veil so heres what i did this turn.

Turn 8
Chompy switched togekiss for garchomp
Tyranitar is paralyzed

Now hes at a clear disadvantage between a garchomp going to KO him easily and tyranitar is paralyzed on top of that.

Turn 9
~Blaziking~ switches tyranitar for aerodactyl
Stealth Rock did (15%) on aerodactyl
Garchomp used Swords Dance

Now hes at a huge disadvantage and im going to sweep his entire team now with garchomp. I figured he would switch so i used swords dance to be on the safe side.

Turn 10
Aerodactyl used earthquake and missed
Garchomp used Dragon Claw and aerodactyl fainted
~Blaziking~ brings out metagross
Stealth Rock did (5%) on metagross

Sweet a free KO thanks to swords dance and metagross is weak to ground. 5-3 my lead

Turn 11
Garchomp used earthquake and metagross fainted
~Blaziking~ sends out tyranitar
Stealth Rock did (8%)

Same thing as i did last turn and its a 5-2 lead now

Turn 12
Garchomp used eartquake and tyranitar fainted
~Blaziking~ sends out dusknoir
Stealth Rock did (8%) on Dusknoir

Well its game over now since im 5-1 and eartquake will OHKO duskoir

Turn 13
Garchomp used earthquake and dusknoir fainted

5-0

Good Game but Garchomp really came through from the beginning to end. Sand veil did help alot

Hope you liked reading my war story. Man was it tiring taking those notes.

Garchomp is terrifying. I'm not one to work teams around countering, but I always make sure I have a fast Ice attacker.

That must've been a badly natured Jumpluff, because there's no way Gyarados could've gone first pre-DD, without being Jolly and/or CSed. Wonder how that would've changed the battle, or maybe SP still would've missed.

Interesting teams though.
