My Team

This is my first team I have put together, as I normally stick to doing Battle Subway, but now that I am no longer deployed, I figured I would give the competitive scene a shot. So here is what I came up with from random reading and what not.

Terrakion @ Choice Band
Justified
Jolly - 252 Att/4 SpD/252 Spe
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- X-Scissor

I wanted a physical sweeper and Terrakion is such a monster. However, I've been debating on switching him to Scarf.

Genesect @ Choice Scarf
Download
Modest - 252 SpA/4 Def/252 Spe
- Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- U-Turn

I am stilling learning how who to bring him in on to get the +SpA so I can sweep with him. He is such a monster, and I really wish I could use him in the subway. lol

Thundurus - T @ Leftovers
Volt Absorb
Modest - 252 SpA/4 SpD/252 Spe
- Agility
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Grass Knot

Thundurus-T is a great mon, and him having Grass Knot has messed up more people than I originally expected, and if I can get an Agility off, he can wreck a very good amount of guys.

Gengar @ Choice Scarf
Levitate
Timid - 4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe
- Trick
- Pain Split
- Shadow Ball
- Disable

I have been debating switching him with Rotom-W, but the Disable after a Scarftrick has been pretty awesome. Pain Split hasn't shown a lot, probably switch this for Focus Blast or something. haha

Blissey @ Leftovers
Natural Cure
Impish - 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpD
- Aromatherapy
- Thunder Wave
- Softboiled
- Counter

Kind of wish Counter was Magic Coat, but can't learn it :( Blissey has been an awesome member of the team, switching in and hitting Aroma to cure my entire team, or tank a few hits if needed.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Serene Grace
Careful - 252 Hp/224 SpD/32 Spe
- Fire Punch
- Iron head
- Body Slam
- Stealth Rock

Jirachi is too much of a monster not to use. Plus, I haven't gotten to use him because he's not allowed in the Subway.

Your team needs lots of work

This team is average at best, for a proper team you need to have structure, a plan and an end product. Your team looks like something you have just thrown together and you haven't given nearly enough detail about their purpose or what they are good at countering.

I suggest you think about a pokemon such as Ferrothorn with entry hazards over Thundurus-T as he is not that good and maybe a Dragonite which gives you a better sweeper over Terrakion especially when setting up dragon dance.

Your team needs some work and so need your descriptions. Please add a couple of sentences after each Pokemon after you've done some more testing on the ladder. This team seems pretty weak to most weather teams among other things.
