NBT stands for Novelty Battle Teir. It is, rather obviously, a teir for novelty, as well as for weaker Pokemon. It's objective is to allow Pokemon like Delibird to be usable in a competitive scene. Here are the rules, which are all subject to change depending on the comments posted.
1)All pokemon that participate in the teir must have a BST equal or less than 420.
2)The use of Evolite is prohibited, unless there is a Pokemon's evolution permitted within the teir. For example, Dewott is permitted, but it is not allowed to use Evolite. Oshawott, however, is allowed to use Evolite, because Dewott can be used in the teir.
3)The maximum level a Pokemon can be is 75
4) Quiver Dance should be a banned move, with the only users peaking near the limit, it could potentially make them overpowered. Shell Smash is similar,
but it's distribution is more balanced. However, Deepseatooth may be banned if Shell Smash stays.
5)Naturally, the clauses are in effect.
Well, I hope it goes well, and I'm sure to begin to test out what works and what doesn't, and I hope that you may join me.
