i need a special def tank but i dont know who to switch it with,i was thinking heathran but then i wouldn t have stealth rocks,plus i need some grass and electric (i dont think hidden power on def slowbro i enough imo) type moves

p.s. is my lando m set better on lando t and what item should i use on them?
