OFFENSE!!!! (Finals of 0mastar's tournament) *WARSTORY* SePh258 vs Lupo Aro

Hey everybody! As I’m sitting here, quite sick and dying from boredom, I might as well keep you guys entertained at my own expense lol. Today we are here to bring you the finals of the tourney hosted by 0mastar. After defeating jibaku in the semi finals by CH'ing his CM bliss ftw, Lupo is ready to defeat me. But can he? We’ll find out. The Winner of this tournament gets an HP grass moltres, a something special mew, and a something special deoxys.

After losing to lupo, jibaku tries to give me advice in fighting my next opponent. ( I don't mind this, since I know he had good intentions and only wanted to help.) I tried to forget what he said because I dislike metagaming against others because it's sort of wrong and it's possible they could change their teams. Good thing I didn't metagame against him either. My advice was to use swampert because apparently lupo had a very offensive team. After battling, you can tell it's quite the opposite.

After constructing this team. (I'm currently breeding my team I have planned at the moment, so I'll make due with this. It's still a decent team nonetheless)

But only after getting into the battle, I realize my overkillish amount of sleeping moves lol. Hopefully this doesn't hinder me during this battle.

Wow. I can’t believe that worked out for me. It was either endure or swords dance. (crunch won’t do much, and reversal was useless at the time) so I chose correctly.

Tyranitar isn't that hard to beat, honestly. Just have something that just owns those teams and are still good on their own like Rhyperior or lucario.

The EQ on the Lucario was honestly one of the dumbest moves. You made some good predictions. Would've been a much closer match if it weren't for that EQ. Also I am starting to see Sing Blissey a lot more. Guess I should just stack up on Money and get some Substitute TMS. :P

Yeah. Maybe you guys should call it SePhBliss. (I'm just kidding you guys, don't) I hope I'm not the cause of the increase in popularity of singbliss. (I probably am unfortunately, since I also use it on NB) I'll get mad when my heracross gets put to sleep on the switch by a blissey lol.

Honestly, as good as my last match with jibaku was, this might be the best warstory yet due to how close and intense it was. Once again, thanks for the comments guys.

I play against t-tar about 1 out of every 3 battles I'd say. I havn't had much trouble yet. I gave gar enough EV's so it has like 195 attack or something. After life orb, it 1hko's blissey, and it's modest with 300 speed. It's also good to see that people want to wifi battle me, I look foward to it. And yeah, my cold sucks. I probably won't be able to attend school tomorrow. Oh well, atleast I can breed for 8 hours straight.

I'm guessing it's because:

1) Sleep Talk (Heracross) isn't very common yet
2) Only Insomniacs and Vital Spirit users are immune but they're rarer than Ground/Steel types
3) Motor Drive loves T-Wave
4) Who really expects a 55 accuracy move if you hadn't seen one of these warstories before?

It has 55% accuracy. If I was up against a good player, I would be satisfied with any % chance of winning better than 50%. It is also very rare that a pokemon with defenses like Blissey wouldnt get more than one chance to use Sing. Use it twice, then there is something like an 80% chance of it hitting at least once..

Thanks for the compliments and other great comments you guys. About me using singbliss. I'd say about 80% of the time when I have blissey, heracross moves in expecting the twave. (Around 9/10 teams have hera on them) Instead of letting it get guts and KO one of my pokemon, I'd rather put it to sleep, or atleast attempt to. If so, I successfully got rid of one of blissey's counters temporarily with blissey. If not, I just switch into a counter because hera does a lot less without guts. Also, as you can see when both players have defensive teams, if the opposing heal beller is dead, my blissey is free to move about and put to sleep the things that wall and destroy my sweepers. (ie putting cresselia to sleep so gyarados can sweep)

Nice battle, yet not as amazing as the others. I guess this is because there wasn't any MVP pwnage liek with Magnezone or Infernape. Of course, you keep making Grass Rope's usefulness more and more eveident.
