Politoed obviously summons rain. RotomH is designed to attract water type attacks only to switch out to Gastrodon to get the stat boost, once that happens Gastrodon can hopefully sweep and stay in there thanks to latias’ healing wish or chansey’s wish.
Zapdos is designed to just abuse rains benefits while healing with roost. Chansey helps take hit and heal others and its self thanks to sofboiled/wish. latias covers against scizor with boosted surf while taking out chanseys/blisseys with psyshock. dragon pulse for an 90 pwr STAB move.
and healing wish for support when nearing KO.
