loco said he would update today, but he hasn't. In fact, he has said that on more than one occasion, but he has never made good on his word. This round has gone on long enough, and I do not fault the people who complained, because steps should have been taken sooner to move this tournament along sooner.

I want everyone whose team has won to PM me with the teammate they want to trade off and the teammate they want to get in return. I will transfer ownership of this tournament and deal with activity decisions tomorrow.
