Hey everyone, if anyone is knowledgeable on this subject can I get some help?

Gen 2 is my favorite and my friend and I often battle each other on the vc game on 3ds. I was wondering if anyone knew how to use the coin case glitch to get specific Hidden Power DV’s on Pokémon. Breeding is so tedious in this generation and usually very time consuming, so if anyone can give me a hand on this I’d greatly appreciate it! Thanks, guys!
