Flabebe's already confirmed to get Recover and this evo is too cute! (even the name is great!)
I think I've found the 6th member of my team.

The only way I'd be okay with this evolving again is if it uses the flower as a parasol. Just the thought is "hnng".

This is the first XY cutemon that I've wanted. (my ideal team was like Delphox, Diggersby, Orrotto, Clauncher, & Doublade)

Remember that it has a Defense + nature...so its Attack looks like to be better than Defense, not to really say that it wasn't expected.

I used the damage calculator and plugged in Relaxed nature to get that result though.

Sadly, Carbink is a standalone sandwiched between Sableye and Tauros in the Coastal Dex.
