Porygon-Z

How exactly does Tri Attack work? I've never used it before but Serebii says it has a 20% chance of something.

This is fairly off-topic, but I raised a Porygon-Z with near-perfect IVs in SpAtk/Spd, but it has a Timid nature (I hadn't realized that Timid won't really help it outspeed anything). Is it worth keeping, or should I rebreed for a Modest one (which is doable, but would take a lot of work). I figure with Timid, I can outspeed all other P-Z's, and perhaps surprise a couple other Pokemon.

i have a Porygon-Z with 404 special attack, so i was thinking of putting either agility/choice scarf. would this be a good idea?
Agiligon-Z is very good IMO, I run Agility on mine.

Tri-Attack has a 20% chance of burning, freezing, or paralyzing your opponent.

And yes, Adaptability makes STAB become a 2x modifier, so TA's BP is 160. It is proven in my thread "Adaptability vs Download-Which will reign as Porygon-Z's best ability" if you want to search for it.

How does it survive?! LOL. I run choice scarf on mine; but I don't like it because it takes away its... value? Iono. I'd like to run Agility on mine; [405 Spp. Atk, 279 Speed!] but I'm too scared of it dying so fast.

Firstly, you could give it Focus Sash. Second, if you're using Agility, re-spread it's EVs. Running max speed w/ Agility is overkill.
