[OVERVIEW]
The premier offensive duck of UU, Porygon-Z makes for an effective sweeper, wallbreaker, and revenge killer. It has decent Speed, an incredible ability in Adaptability, and a very high Special Attack stat, allowing it to hit extremely hard and relatively quickly with Tri Attack. After a Nasty Plot boost, there are few Pokemon that can comfortably take attacks from Porygon-Z, and after an Agility boost, not many Pokemon that can outspeed it. Also, because of its power and access to Trick, it makes for an effective user of Choice items such as Choice Scarf and Choice Specs. To back its extreme power, Porygon-Z has a wide movepool with coverage options such as Dark Pulse, Ice Beam, and Thunderbolt. However, Porygon-Z is rather frail, falling to any decently powerful neutral attack. Also, its Tri Attack is resisted by many common Pokemon in UU.

Moves
========
Nasty Plot doubles Porygon-Z's Special Attack, allowing it to break through defensive and stall teams. Agility doubles Porygon-Z's Speed so that it can outspeed most Pokemon on offensive teams and hit them hard. Tri Attack is Porygon-Z's most powerful STAB move and is boosted by Adaptability, allowing it to put a major dent in many Pokemon even when unboosted. Dark Pulse, alongside Tri Attack, receives perfect neutral coverage among all relevant Pokemon in UU with the exceptions of Lucario and Cobalion. Thunderbolt, however, can be used in the last moveslot to hit every bulky Water-type in UU except Swampert harder as well as hit Steel-types slightly harder than Tri Attack.
Set Details
========
The given Speed EVs provide just enough Speed to outspeed Choice Scarf Infernape after a single boost with Agility. Special Attack is maximized with a Modest nature to increase Porygon-Z's wallbreaking potential. The rest of the EVs are placed in HP to provide a little extra bulk, though the increase is marginal. Adaptability is more reliable than Download and makes Tri Attack as powerful as possible. Life Orb allows Porygon-Z to dish out more damage and scores many KOs that Lum Berry wouldn't let it get, but Lum Berry allows Porygon-Z to set up on more walls and prevents it from being crippled by status.
Usage Tips
========
Against slower, more defensive teams, try to set up Nasty Plot to demolish walls, as at +2, Porygon-Z can punch giant holes in common defensive cores. In fact, with a Life Orb, a +2 Adaptability Tri Attack can 2HKO Blissey, which is an amazing feat for a special attacker. Against more offensive teams, try to set up Agility to outspeed and KO weakened threats. Try to set up against more passive Pokemon such as Blissey and Umbreon. Also, Porygon-Z can set up easily against Chandelure if it is locked into Shadow Ball.
Team Options
========
Fighting-types such as Heracross, Machamp, Infernape, Toxicroak, and Mienshao all make for good partners for Porygon-Z, as they can easily take out threats such as Empoleon, Mega Aggron, Umbreon, and Blissey. Poison-types such as Toxicroak, Nidoqueen, and Roserade are helpful for their ability to take on Florges. Also, Nidoqueen and Roserade can provide entry hazard support in the form of Stealth Rock and Spikes, respectively, and both can run Toxic Spikes. Pokemon such as Florges and Crobat make for good partners for their ability to take on the Fighting-types that can trouble Porygon-Z.

Moves
========
Tri Attack is Porygon-Z's most powerful STAB move and OHKOes or 2HKOes most Pokemon in UU. Dark Pulse is useful for hitting the Ghost-types that are immune to Tri Attack super effectively, and it also has a chance to cause the foe to flinch, which can come in handy in a pinch. Thunderbolt can be used in the third slot to hit Water- and Flying-types bar Swampert and Gligar super effectively and is also Porygon-Z's best option against Steel-types. Ice Beam retains coverage against Flying-types and hits Dragon-, Grass-, and Ground-types super effectively, but it doesn't get neutral coverage against Steel-types. Trick is recommended in the last slot to cripple walls such as Umbreon and Blissey.
Set Details
========
The given EVs maximize Porygon-Z's Special Attack and Speed, allowing it to hit as hard and as quickly as possible. Choice Specs is used for the wallbreaking power it provides in conjunction with Porygon-Z's fairly high base 135 Special Attack and Adaptability-boosted Tri Attack. A Timid nature can be used to Speed tie with base 90 Speed Pokemon such as Roserade and outspeed other Pokemon just below that Speed tier such as Rotom-H and Rotom-C, but a Modest nature can be used for a higher chance to 2HKO Florges as well as a chance to 2HKO Umbreon.
Usage Tips
========
Try to bring Porygon-Z in off of a slow U-turn, Volt Switch, or fainted teammate, as Porygon-Z is rather frail and will fall easily to any powerful hit. Try to spam Tri Attack early-game to put some major holes in the opposing team, especially if the opposing team is lacking a Ghost-type. However, if a particularly threatening wall switches in against Porygon-Z, you can use Trick to cripple it for the rest of the match.
Team Options
========
Pokemon that can take on Blissey and Umbreon such as Machamp, Heracross, Mienshao, Toxicroak, and Infernape make for good partners. Also, Poison-types such as Nidoqueen, Roserade, and Toxicroak are useful to take out Florges. Ironically enough, Florges makes for a good partner for its ability to take on the Fighting-types that threaten Porygon-Z.

Moves

Tri Attack deals heavy damage to almost anything that doesn't resist it. Dark Pulse hits Ghost-types, which are immune to Tri Attack, for super effective damage. Ice Beam is recommended in the third slot for the good super effective coverage it gets against Flying-, Dragon-, Grass-, and Ground-types. However, Thunderbolt hits bulky Water-types super effectively and gets slightly better neutral coverage but less super effective coverage. Trick is recommended in the last slot to cripple walls such as Blissey and Umbreon.
Set Details

Speed and Special Attack are maximized for maximum revenge killing and late-game cleaning power. Choice Scarf is the chosen item for the 50% boost to Porygon-Z's Speed, which is helpful for revenge killing and cleaning late-game. Adaptability is chosen for the reliable boost to Tri Attack it provides.
Usage Tips
========
Try to bring Porygon-Z in off of a fainted teammate to revenge kill the opposing Pokemon. If a wall is particularly bothersome to your team, use Trick to give it Porygon-Z's Choice Scarf, effectively crippling it for the rest of the match. Also, Porygon-Z can be brought back late-game to clean up the opposing team after other Choice Scarf and priority users are eliminated.
Team Options
========
Fighting-types that can take on Blissey and Umbreon such as Heracross, Machamp, Infernape, Toxicroak, and Mienshao make for good teammates. Also, Roserade, Toxicroak, and Nidoqueen make for good partners for breaking down Florges. Also, Nidoqueen and Roserade can both provide entry hazard support in the form of Toxic Spikes; Roserade can also provide Spikes and Nidoqueen can set up Stealth Rock. Fairy-types such as Florges make for good partners to beat Fighting-types.

Other Options
########
An Agility + three attacks set can be used to demolish offensive teams, but it struggles against defensive ones and it can be hard to set up against offensive pressure. Similarly, Nasty Plot + three attacks can be used to smash defensive teams, but Porygon-Z is too slow to put in work against offensive ones. 140 Attack EVs can be used with Return to 2HKO Blissey after a Download boost, but special attacking sets are much more reliable and useful. Psyshock can be used to have an easier time against special walls, but Porygon-Z's other moves get better coverage and are generally more useful. Finally, Recover can be used with three attacks to help break down stall teams more easily.
Checks & Counters
########
**Fighting-types**: Fighting-types can OHKO Porygon-Z with any of their STAB moves. Infernape and Mienshao get a special mention for their ability to outspeed and OHKO Porygon-Z if they are running Choice Scarf, unless Porygon-Z has set up Agility. However, they can't switch in because of Porygon-Z's incredible power.
**Specially Bulky Pokemon**: Blissey can take anything from Porygon-Z except a +2 Life Orb Tri Attack through its sheer bulk and wear it down with Seismic Toss. It does need to be wary of Trick, however. Also, Snorlax and Goodra are good checks for being able to take a +2 Modest Life Orb Tri Attack and hit back hard.
**Bulky Steel-types**: Empoleon takes anything except a +2 Life Orb Tri Attack or Choice Specs Thunderbolt and can phaze Porygon-Z, set up Stealth Rock, or use Defog. That said, it does not like being Tricked a Choice item. Mega Aggron can take a single +2 Modest Life Orb Tri Attack and hit back hard without fear of being Tricked an item. Finally, Escavalier makes for a decent check by surviving one attack and retaliating with a powerful STAB move.
