This aron is used as your lead pokemon for one of two reasons: You know your enemy is going to lead with a drillbur / any other ground pokemon, Or you know your team is weak against physical ground type moves. With Sturdy + Berry Juice Aron will be able to tank up to three moves.
First turn you use Magnet rise to make yourself immune to Earthquake, Which usually forces a switch. Then use Stealth Rock, and either Endeavor or Rock Slide depending on if your predicting a strong hit or not. Aron generally won't last past turn 6 due to Magnet Rise, but watch out for fighting types because they can carry priority moves like Mach Punch or Vacuum Wave which still really hurt him.
