"Zygarde would use its Pixilate- and STAB-boosted Extreme Speed alongside Dragon Dance, Earthquake, and either Dragon Tail or Outrage to outspeed and sweep entire teams with ease. "
Dragon Tail can't outspeed anything, and was only used on Coil Zygarde instead of DDance Zygarde.

"On top of that, Weavile had Feint to continue to outspeed Extreme Speed users with a, albeit weak, +3 priority STAB move to help revenge kill foes that just avoid the KO from Fake Out."
Feint is and has been only +2 priority. Only Fake Out in Weavile's movepool outprioritized -atespeeders in Mix and Mega; it just relied on Zygarde being the only speed boosting -ate and its high natural speed.

tdp edit: fixed these (don't think DTail outspeeding anything was necessarily implied but the coil point makes that moot anyways)
