- In it's nature, replace the +X% Accuracy with +11% Accuracy. The value that replaces X is found in the "Positive Speed Nature Acc Boost" column of the Pokemon tab in the NDA.
- You misspelled Reversal :P

Bagon
- Similarly to Riolu, replace the +X% Accuracy with +12% Accuracy.
- Bagon gets Crunch for free as well (SM Lv 25)
