Other Prolog pokemon database and query library

Hi,

I have worked some months ago on a Prolog library (I know, it's not a common programming language but trust me, if there is something which should be used for database querying, it's prolog).

I think it's now good for a prerelease. There isn't every aspect of pokemon in this database (no moves, for instance), but if I get good feedback on the library itself I will start to add more features.
