14/19 last time OML i might be the goat yada yada. less writing this time unless im really interested, but hopefully ill write more week 3. just honestly wont have new things to say every week

i only watched 1 of these teams' games is that obvious.

SV: Taka vs Feliburn
SV: Aurist vs Floss
SS: Fc vs DugZa (vs deadgame)
SM: Leni vs robjr
ORAS: TONE vs yandaud - neither was that impressive week 1 though, the yandaud team was kinda cool but also failed typechart check and tone seemed to lose to that missy pretty rapidly w one of those weird teams that isnt really fat or balance.
BW: Tack vs LpZ - bigggg highlight match. very cool team from lpz last week. bw is probably one of sceptiles' strongest slots
DPP: kenny vs Drud - going against the curve very hard here. my inside sources (meru) tell me that kenny played well week 1 and was unfortunate. after scouting drud a lot i also feel like his approach vs new players is pretty formulaic, which is kinda predictable even if it isnt thattt obviously exploitable. gl to the new guy!
ADV: Slowbroth vs JabbaTheGriffin - ive played w jabba before in advpl, he did uu which he had never done before and we just cooked up dope (breaking bad reference??) offenses together. that was a fun time and we did well. jabbas team week 1 looked solid too. however im continuing to bold the guy known as adv GOAT especially after seeing him get a double omniboosted togetic
GSC: vani vs corvere - i barely watched our gsc marathon but it seemed like corvere played well enough, especially in a fat vs fat matchup that youd expect to be difficult for someone new to a tier. however, in a battle b/t 2 ppl that are new to the tier im just gonna choose the 1 w higher overall skill

SV: Beraldo vs Danny - very good game. just watched taka vs baldo it was v entertaining. danny said his team was p shoddy and last-minute last week + seemed genuinely kinda annoyed by that, i trust him to bring something fundamentally sounder this week. baldo has the esteemed gum support as well but also had that week 1.

ORAS: tko vs Blue YM - i liked tkos team/play a lot last week while YM's looked p janky. getting MZ is very big for them tbh i trust him to pass tko good straight-forward stuff.
BW: Feaniix vs SergioRules - both got lucked to some extent last week, feaniix a lot more. i thought he played fine but sergio set himself back some w play (the hp fire into dash was v telegraphed for instance, feel like he made some incorrect doubles too) and team (tho my knowledge is v limited here).
DPP: Meru vs HSOWA - go prove me wrong ;]
ADV: plznostep vs Sleid - no idea honestly sorry guys. gl. im thinking wochien has more support thru medeia tho. in another universe u both wouldve been on the menceganiums i think...

SV: avarice vs ishtar - already happened
SV: Leru vs asa - rooting for asa, but the menceganiums (dillon in particular i'm assuming) have been on top of the metagame so far, and i've liked their brings a lot so far. the komalas have also used teams i've liked, i just think leru is the better player. he's probably less motivated though, while i assume asa really wants this win, so not one sided. good luck queenie!!
SS: Dj Breloominati♬ vs zS - zs brought something very odd looking last week um, and i generally trust the dj's swsh brings more, especially with dillon and mnc to help him out. both good players, and i think this'll be a fun watch if there's at least one gigalith.. please....
SM: Punny vs PTF - love both, punny's the better player though, and has played this tier enough to where i don't think lack of experience is really an issue
ORAS: ManOfMany vs Aberforth - many's game week 1 didn't inspire a lot of confidence, while aber played well and won without a lot of difficulty. he also has better support i'd say
BW: sugar ovens vs EviGaro - she's top 1 bwer against someone with less experience that's also coming off a loss. hate this gen though so i will not be watching
DPP: hariyana grande vs Alkione - frankjosh played well and got a win against the best dpp pu player in the pool, and i didn't watch alkione's game but i think he lost so um. good luck :roflcakes:stie
ADV: HANTSUKI vs Lily - i feel like hantsuki lost..? and lily won while also being the best adv player, not much else to say
GSC: BloodAce vs Estarossa - i know nothing about this tier, both won i think but my sources say bloodace is better so
RBY: Sabelette vs Teh - sabelette's good at rby, but idt i've ever been particularly impressed with her pu play. teh just won last week, and has put up more results in recent times i think

SV: Taka vs Feliburn - kinda a close mu, i think the sceptiles have a better idea of what works in sv while the magbys looked a bit lost last week. feliburn's the better player though, and i think he'll get passed something better this week
SV: Aurist vs Floss - i think aurist is still a bit too green to be starting, and floss is a good player. his game last week came down to a speed tie after hrav claimed 4, while aurist didn't really use their tools vs well last week
SS: Fc vs DugZa - they're both equally as good i'd say, but dugza has had more impressive swsh results than fc
SM: Leni vs robjr - robjr is better, and has a similar amount of experience in this tier
ORAS: TONE vs yandaud - yandaud won using a fun looking team, while i think tone struggled a bit, both in the builder and in game
BW: Tack vs LpZ - i think lpz wins in bw more often than not, while i think tack tends to struggle against more proven names
DPP: kenny vs Drud - he's the best dpp player but i think this is kinda close; drud loses more often when he doesn't really know what to expect, so i think this'll be more of a challenge than most ppl would expect
ADV: Slowbroth vs JabbaTheGriffin - slowbroth won using ancient power togetic so umm idk. also he was a good teammate during pupl!
GSC: vani vs corvere - vani's in spl, that's all i can really say about this slot
RBY: phoopes vs NotVeryCake - phoopes has a not very good track record in rby lowers from what i know, while notverycake just won the most recent rby pu tour and week 1

SV: avarice vs ishtar - already happened but i would have bolded avarice anyway, just think he's a better clicker and meta knowledge is pretty similar
SV: Leru vs asa - haven't seen leru play a ton of PU, he won vs floss but that game was also very close. think asa knows enough about the tier that things will go her way in the builder
SS: Dj Breloominati♬ vs zS - one of these players got farmed for youtube content by the guy who signed up to play BW. jokes aside, this is a close matchup and both players are coming off a rough w1 loss, so it's anyone's game, giving loom the slight edge here
SM: Punny vs PTF - punny's just kinda insane with it and is also coming in hot off of beating rob w1, think he closes this pretty handily
ORAS: ManOfMany vs Aberforth - abe won last week while MoM did not, and to a pretty shaky team comp at that
BW: sugar ovens vs EviGaro - i think sugar will def be prepared to bounce back after losing last week, especially since it was to LpZ who's a top 2 slot in this pool
DPP: hariyana grande vs Bag of Trixx - beat arguably one of the best slots in the pool w1 and has generally just been killing it in tours lately, especially playing a lot of DPP in general
ADV: HANTSUKI vs Lily - i clowned on komalas for spending as much as they did on her, but lily knows what she's doing in this tier and i just don't think hantsuki has what it takes to step up
GSC: BloodAce vs Estarossa - ace def seems more invested in this tour, but they both won last week and esta's admittedly a big mountain to climb here
RBY: Sabelette vs Teh - best rby in pool + sabelette hasn't had the kindest rng lately in a tier that's known for bullshit rng

SV: Beraldo vs Danny - danny won last week, has just generally been doing pretty well, and seems motivated to prep better after apparently just throwing shit together last week. hopefully he doesn't wrap back around and get in his own head and lose because of it.
SV: gum vs Piyush25 - gum's just one of the best current gen players there are rn, i really would not be surprised to see an x-1 here
SS: sensei axew vs freezai - lol if this game actually gets played
SM: MZ vs Xiri - xiri's coming off of a loss into PU Superman, shit's tough
ORAS: tko vs Blue YM - blue is my goat but tko is a pretty rough matchup to get after a w1 loss
BW: Feaniix vs SergioRules - dude was more pissed than a beehive in a paint mixer after last week and i don't think he wants to lose again after getting swan lake'd, also i just don't have a lot of confidence in sergio bw
DPP: Meru vs HSOWA - meru got a little lucky last week and hsowa is coming in hot after beating alkione (can we talk about 3k alkione because i'm still not over that shit)
ADV: plznostep vs Sleid - poor sleid, dude got thrown to the wolves and had to play the best rby in pool w1 only to get put in adv, a tier where he's reasonably competent, and then end up fighting one of the best up and coming adv PUers out there. he does at least have better support here thanks to sergio being his manager, but goddamn LOL. if sergio and danny have done this to you, you MAY be entitled to financial compensation!
GSC: BeeOrSomething vs DiannieRatson - okay i was wrong apparently diannie does have a pretty decent history of playing gsc pu. please beat them up for beating my gsc slot last week, thanks.
RBY: gastlies vs Medeia - gastlies good at coinflip tier
