Putting a link to the photo album on the main page

    Since the photo album has recently been reactivated, I think we should link it on the main site, under "Participate!" The only way to know it even exists right now is to go to the OP of the thread or to see it on the scms.

    There is kind of an issue with people not wanting completely random people seeing their pictures, but I mean they did post it on the internet already, so I can't imagine there to be an objection.

    I like it being slightly more hidden personally. It's something for the more long-term community members who've been here for a while rather than someone would discover it merely because it's on the front page. The pictures are pretty useless without getting to know the personalities behind them anyway.

    yeah i'd considered this before and i think i agree with firestorm

    photos of members are quite personal (obviously there are degrees -- they have chosen to share them on the forums after all) and i think having separation from what goes on site and what is more casual and community-specific is a good thing in this instance
