I didn't personally reset for the Diancie but it is legit and not powersaved/Cyber Genned. Unfortunately I'm only interested in UT KB Legends so I have little interest in the Zygarde.

I don't remember it lol I can check right now if you want. I dont use it competitively because most Deoxys forms are uber so I haven't touched it since 2013 (minus cloning)

Yeah I don't have a thread, is that a problem for you? They have different OTs because they were hatched by SV method.

I was thinking a little and i really prefer to RNG a shiny staryu in Luna ball (Flawless) in SS. if you do that, i can give you more pokemon :P
