No, it is legal, probably legit. I think that Darkrai is caught randomly, maybe the shininess comes from an Action Replay/Pokesav.

I said before, this is most likely hacked, with its 6ivs. It also has no ribbons and is in a poke ball. Plus Brave nature sucks. Why would anyone hack for that?
The TID looks suspicious, if I'm not mistaken.

That darkrai probably isn't hacked.
The one with the OT: PcApp is 100% hacked. I'm not an expert when it comes to legal spreads but it would be best if you list the pokemon species and it's exact IV's for the first one (OT: Leroy ID: 20000) above so that someone else with better experience can take a look.
oh they are all 31s for giratina, and all 31s for darkrai except for attack which says its terrible

I know I'm late on this, but I'm just confirming that it's hacked. The ID 01337 is the default ID for a program called Pokedit (I know because my friend uses legal hacks for legends and stuff.). So if you're still unsure of this, just letting you know. And why the heck would someone go for a Brave Nature xD?
