[Overview]

- Super-high Special Defense
-Good Defense and Special Attack
-Decent movepool
-Cursed by Ice-typing
-Many prominent Pokemon wreck it (Sawk, Magmortar, etc)

[Set Comments]

- Huge Special Defense requires little investment
- High enough uninvested SpA to make it pack a punch
- RestTalk is it's best option for staying alive
- Rapid Spin support is a must
- EVs give it the best physical bulk while also having an easier time standing up to Fire-types

[Additional Comments]

- Thunder Wave is an option to slow down foes that Regice (or it's teammates) can capitalize on

[Set Comments]

- Bulky enough with Max HP and uninvested SpD
- Max SpA gives it good starting power
- After a couple of Charge Beams, it gets very powerful
- Requires a ton of team support to be effective

[Additional Comments]

- Can use Hidden Power Fighting if Focus Blast's accuracy is not preferred
- Life Orb is an option, but it's usually better to keep Regice healthy

[Other Options]

- Choice Specs set is possible, but outclassed
- Amnesia can further boost it's SpD, but is really unnecessary

[Checks and Counters]

- Stealth Rock
- Powerful Fighting-type moves
- Sawk, in particular
- Taunt prevents him from healing
- Toxic ruins any Regice without Rest

First of all, you didn't post a skeleton at all. Then, when tennisace contacted you about it, you seemed to ignore it, still not posting a skeleton. And now you post the skeleton on the last day, possibly to avoid an infraction. I talked to tennisace about this and he agrees that DTC should get to keep it.
