This set works wonders with Abomasnow because of blizzards 100% accuracy and Regice still hurting the opponent on the turn using rest, and also works well with rain dance teams because you can have a 100% accuracy thunder. This set popped to mind when everyone on the shoddy server was talking about Manaphy counters,and I looked around and Regice seemed to do the job well. First Manaphy has nothing that can do much damage to Regice, and if it does he can just rest it off. Second he can Thunderbolt and with the 252 SpA ev's he can take the Manaphy out. This set has taken out 1-3 pokemon on average, on an OU team. I think that Regice has more potential than Smogon gives it credit, and at least deserves to be in UU.
