Return of a Nobody - Megamaster's OU Team

I know, weird title.

Anyway, this is my new (and hopefully improved) OU Team. I want you nice (or not) people of neo to help me make it better.

Jirachi @ Lum Berry
Timid - 148 Speed/252 SpA/108 HP
Stealth Rock
Thunder Wave
Hidden Power Fighting
Psychic

A simple Lead Jirachi set. A lot of people will switch out expecting a Trickrachi or Flinchrachi. Uses T-Wave on faster opponents (Taunt uses won't taunt expecting the previously mentioned sets) and some slower opponents. Against leads that can OHKO (Heatran and Infernape) I'll just get off SR against Tran and switch out against Ape leads. Lum Berry helps against Sleep Leads like Roserade. Hidden Power Fighting allows me to beat Magnezone switch-ins, and do some damgae to Heatran if they don't KO me on the first turn.

Shaymin @ Leftovers
Timid- 252 SpA/252 Speed/4 HP
Seed Flare
Earth Power
Hidden Power Ice
Substitute

While looking for a good Special attacker, I stumbled upon the Super-Awesome Shaymin. The set I use works similar to SubTran, where I send in Shaymin expecting a switch (or the opponent's moves can't damage me enough to break a Sub), Sub on the switch/undamaging move, and attempt a sweep. Blissey stops this set, like it does to 99% of Special Sweepers, but I have Infernape to care care of her.

Infernape @
Life Orb
Jolly - 252 Att/196 Speed/60 HP
Mach Punch / Bulk Up
Fire Punch

Close Combat
Stone Edge

My own Infernape, a Pure Attacking Set. Fire Punch is used over Flare Blitz so that its not a Kamikaze Attack. Close Combat is an obvious choice on pretty much every Infernape, and Stone Edge helps me beat those Gyarados. Since Infernape seems to cause a fair amount of switches, I've been considering Bulk Up over Mach Punch, but currrently am running Mach Punch, which lets me get off an attack vs. other Pokes w/ Priorety/Higher Speed that'll try to take advantage of my reduced attack, like Lucario's and Weaville's being 2 examples. The extra 4 Speed EV's allow me to ouspeed other apes, rahter than relying on winning a speed tie to KO, which keeps my Ape alive while theirs faints.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Bold- 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpD
Substitute
Calm Mind
Surf
Shadow Ball

Suicune is an absolute monster when it gets off a few calm Minds, especially if its behind a Sub (one that can withstand a Seismic Toss). Using Shadow ball over Ice Beam give me much more coverage (mostly against Water types), with a loss of some power. Surf is for obvious STAB, and Leftovers helps to heal lost damage from attacks and Subs. The EV's allow me to survive strong Attacks, like Azelf Explosion (assuming the Nature is Speed positive, with 252 Attack, Explosion does 85.9% - 101.2%). The lower SpDefense is fixed with Calm Mind, which instantly makes it a Great Wall, and gives it an attack stat of 324 (216 x 1.5)

Azelf @ Life Orb
Naive- 216 Speed/180 SpA/112 Att
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Fire Punch
Explosion

This is my Team's Mixed attacker. Psychic provides Powerful stab, while T-bolt takes care of Gyarados and Skarmory, and Fire Punch the same to Scizor (although Flamethrower would also OHKO Scizor, having a Physical and Special attack helps to take out Pokes weak at one type of Defense). If someone uses a Pokemon thats causing me tons of trouble, Explosion is there to get rid of them (Things like Blissey, Togekiss, and other annoying pokemon are then instantly gone), as well as things that have a few boosts in attack or Special Attack.

Gallade @ Life Orb
Adamant- 252 HP/252 Att/6 Speed
Bulk Up
Shadow Sneak
Drain Punch
Thunderpunch

This Gallade is capable of takign out 2-4 pokes if it can set up a Bulk Up. After BU, its poor defense is raised, and its great attack is too. Drain Punch regains some lost HP from Life Orb (and Recovery happens BEFORE LO damage is inflicted). Thunderpunch is a surprise KO to Gyarados expecting to get off some D-Dances. Shadow Sneak gives me priority, which can help stop sweeps from D-Dancing Dragonite (that don't have ExtremeSpeed) and Gyarados if their HP is low. 6 Speed allows me to Outpseed Un-EV'd Neutral 80's (and the EV's need to go somewhere.)

Problems: Azelf (Super Effective Hits on 5/6, outspeeds my Azelf. Usually only a problem if Suicune is weakened/KO'd), Snorlax (if Infernape is KO'd it becomes a huge problem), Starmie (Super Effective hits on 4/6),

So far, this team has done exceptionally well, posting a perfect undefeated Record, with some wins against battlers considered to be very good.

Augh so much red

Lum isn't worth it. Jirachi has a 60% chance of flinching everything to death, Rosey and Smeargle included, and ZHB/Psychic probably OHKO Machamp. It gives you a revenge killer you currently don't have.

Bulk Up on Infernape is terrible, use Swords Dance.

Lack of a ghost resist looks problematic. Azelf doesn't seem to be doing much synergy-wise. Why not try an SD or CB Scizor over it? Dragon resist and technician bullet punch are nice, and everyone loves Scizor.

I like to win my battles with Skill, not luck. If you like winning with Luck, I suggest you go to a Casino.

SD over Mach Punch too?

Scizor is way too common, everyone has 2 or more Counters for it on their team.

I'll test SD on Ape and see how well it does.

Replace Shadow Ball on Suicune. It doesn't really help in any scenario. Use HP Electric for Gyarados and Vaporeon or Ice Beam for Grass and Dragon types.

I agree with DarkAmber8828 that you should use Iron Head. Iron Head + Thunder Wave is a great combination, and luck is part of the game, so there's nothing wrong with using Iron Head.

Oh,I thought he meant ScarfRachi when he said "Revenge Killer". Scarfrachi is still a no since my main priority is to set up SR, but I'll look for a good combination withIron head, since my chances of Flinching Magnezone to death are probably extremely low, Drain punch seems like my best secondary option.

I'll test Surf/Ice Beam, but HP Electric will get me destroyed by any grass type.

So far T-Wave Rachi is working, but i haven't needed Suicune too much, and when I have, Ice Beam is unused.

Test Battle 1: 6-4 *Opponent Rage Quit*
Test Battle 2: 0-1 *First Loss for Team.....*
Test battle 3: 3-0 *Lum does help*
Test Battle 4: 2-0 *Ape sweep from 2-4*
test Battle 5: 1-0
Test Battle 6: 1-0 *Suicune beats Blissey*
Test Battle 7: 0-3 *Baton Pass Team wins by SE Miss*
Test Battle 8: 3-0 *Azelf KO's 4*
Test Battle 9: 3-0
Test Battle 10: 3-0 *Azelf and Shaymin KO 4 of 6*
